The solar drying system concept deployed by Agromix, is based on an efficiently controlled drying procedure where the products are not exposed to chemicals, gas or dust. The process is clean and prevents entry of any foreign particles into the food product. This leads to the conservation of the nutritional qualities of the food product such as vital salts and vitamins as exposure to sun is controlled.

In addition, the system is highly ecological as it enables the reduction of the drying time of various products from between 3 / 6 weeks to 1 week resulting in higher throughput and productivity.
